This page is for customers who purchased DownloadMonitor on the Microsoft store

On 04/02/26, Microsoft removed my developer account suddenly and without warning. They allege that DownloadMonitor breached the App Developer Agreement

I strongly dispute this claim, but Microsoft refuse to provide any evidence of a violation, and have told me that “all decisions are final”

All I can do at this point is seek to the recover the monetary value, as I didn’t receive a single penny for any sales of DownloadMonitor that were made on the Microsoft Store

I sincerely apologise for Microsoft’s actions. If you wish to continue using DownloadMonitor, please email me with proof of purchase from Microsoft. I will give you a license key, free of charge, so you may continue receiving updates and support
