License Use and Key Management
The terms “lifetime” or “unlimited” activations refer to a typical number of activations a user may perform over a reasonable time period. These terms do not permit commercial use or redistribution of the software. Any usage deemed “extreme” or abusive will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. DownloadMonitor/Yarsoft reserves the right to revoke license keys at any time. Please note that revoking a key will not disable existing activations but will prevent further activations using that key. Revocation is a last resort, typically enforced in cases such as unauthorized sharing or other violations of the license agreement.

Data Storage and Privacy
Your email address is stored indefinitely following your purchase of DownloadMonitor, as it is essential for license key management and activation verification. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us at contact@downloadmonitor.net. However, please be aware that deleting your email will render your license key invalid and you will no longer be able to activate the software. Existing activations will not be affected.

Your email address is used exclusively for managing your license key and related communications. We will never share, sell, or transfer your personal information for marketing or other purposes. Your email will only be used to notify you in the rare event of a security breach or other critical issues requiring your immediate attention.
