This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Yarsoft (“Licensor”, “we”, or “us”) regarding your use of the software product DownloadMonitor (“Software”).

By installing, copying, or using this Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

1. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use DownloadMonitor for personal or internal business use only, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

License Type:

Your license includes lifetime access and a typical number of activations over time, as defined by normal individual usage. Commercial redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

Sell, distribute, or sublicense the Software to others
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
Use the Software in any unlawful or abusive way
Share your license key publicly or with unauthorized users

3. Ownership

This Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software remain the property of Yarsoft.

4. License Key & Activation

Your license key is tied to your email address. We reserve the right to revoke a license key at our discretion if misuse is detected, such as excessive activations, commercial use, or key sharing.

Revoking a key will prevent future activations but will not affect existing activated installations.

5. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by deleting the Software. It may also be terminated by us if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the Software.

6. Privacy & Data

Your email is stored solely for license key management. See our Privacy Policy for full details. Deleting your email will invalidate your license.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yarsoft is not liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, including loss of data, revenue, or business interruption.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
